(my only substitutions: I use a store-bought chocolate crust so that the crust is a bit thicker, I use dark chocolate chocolate chips, and I use only fat-free cream cheese. Yeah, it kinda assuages my guilt a tad...)
Teehee! Thank you, Ouiz! Will definitely have to try this one… I made a classic cheesecake for Thanksgiving, my brother claimed it for himself, so I think it turned out okay. LOL I know what you mean about the guilt thing… my recipe calls for two blocks of cream cheese, so I always make sure one of them is 1/3 the fat. 😉
